Floor Coatings (up to 1 mm)
Floor coatings and high build coatings offer cost effective epoxy flooring solutions. They are low odour, solvent free, durable, non-dusting and easily cleanable and provide resistance to general chemical spillages. An option to install a chemical resistant top coat to provide protection in hostile environments is also available.
With our array of experience as leading epoxy resin flooring contractors we also offer vertical product options for applications to coving detail and walls.
These twin-pack industrial flooring products have a wide standard colour range.
This product acts as a clear dust sealer and is available in matt and gloss finish and has a minimal chemical resistance.
FeRFA Type 2 – Floor Coating, light/medium duty, 150 to 300 microns thickness – Life expectancy 2 to 3 years.
This product is available in matt and gloss finish with a slip resistant aggregate also available which is added between the 2 coat system to achieve >36ptv to BS 7976.
FeRFA Type 3 – High Build Coating, medium duty, 300 microns to 1 mm thickness – Life expectancy 5 to 7 years.
This product is available in matt, gloss and silk finish with a slip resistant aggregate also available which is again added between the 2 coat system to achieve >36ptv to BS 7976.

Multi-Layer Flooring
ACC Flooring Ltd are leading epoxy resin flooring contractors and can offer expert installation of multi-layer industrial flooring solutions. The epoxy resin is encapsulated with decorative acrylic flakes and is available in either a matt or gloss finish. It is highly decorative with an extensive colour range and comes with a good chemical and abrasion resistance with a low odour and is also easy to clean.
The Grip type systems have a textured finish with a slip resistance of >40ptv to BS 7976 and the 4.5 mm option has been tested to DIN 51097 for barefoot wet areas. The Grip systems can be installed for use in both internal and external workplaces. They also provide great solutions for heavy duty areas and pedestrian walkways.
The Grip system when installed at 2 mm offers moderate – medium impact resistance, whilst the 6 mm Grip system provides excellent impact resistance. All product options offer good chemical resistance.

Flow Applied Flooring
ACC Flooring Ltd offer a range of flow applied flooring systems. With a wealth of experience as one of the UK’s leading epoxy resin flooring contractors, we have the expertise to install solvent free epoxy products which provide not only a seamless, hygienic, high gloss finish but also benefit from good chemical and impact resistance.
A static-dissipative option is also available at 3 mm which is measured to the test method as directed in BS 2050. This test is a point to point surface test giving typical test values of 5×104 – 2×106 ohms.
ACC Flooring Ltd has the capability to install a flow applied self-levelling system in both industrial and commercial environments.
FeRFA Type 5 – Flow Applied Flooring, light to heavy duty, 1 – 3 mm thickness, life expectancy minimum 10 years.
A range of polyurethane flow applied products are also available installed at both 2 mm and 8 mm. These are also known as liquid vinyl products. With a colour range offering pastel, solid and bright shades, these products are seamless and provide good stain resistance and with a UV stable top coat are also durable and easy to clean. The main benefit of this offering is comfort underfoot to people who are on their feet all day.
A slip-resistant variant giving ≥36ptv to BS 7976 is also available.
The 8 mm acoustic offering in both standard and slip-resistant is ideal for noisy places, gives greater level of comfort underfoot and meets the requirement of E4 of Building Regulations and BB93 acoustic design of schools.

Decorative Screeds
Hygienic and seamless decorative screeds are a solvent free epoxy resin system benefiting from a comprehensive colour range and a moderate level of chemical and impact resistance.
ACC Flooring are resin flooring contractors with an immense experience of applying these complex systems, and offer a range of products ideal for medium to heavy duty traffic.
A slip-resistant alternatives giving ≥40ptv to BS 7976 are also available along with a 4 mm static-dissipative variant which is measured to the test method as directed in BS 2050. This test is a point to point surface test giving typical test values of 5×104 – 2×106 ohms.
FeRFA Type 6 – Resin Screed Flooring, medium to heavy duty ≥3 mm, life expectancy 10 – 15 years.
Rapid cure options at 5 mm are also available when downtime is critical, they also benefit from not producing the odours associated with methyl methacrylate (MMA) resin systems.

Heavy Duty Flowable Flooring

Heavy Duty Flooring
As a long established epoxy resin flooring contractor, ACC Flooring Ltd have a comprehensive knowledge and experience in the installation of heavy duty screeds.
Heavy duty screeds are manufactured in polyurethane, they benefit from seamless, hygienic and impervious properties with excellent impact and chemical resistance. They are also steam cleanable when installed at ≥8 mm. With natural slip resistant characteristics ≥50ptv to BS 7976 they meet the European Directive on the Hygiene of Foods Stuffs (93/43/EEC).
FeRFA Type 8 – Heavy Duty Resin Flooring, very heavy duty ≥6 mm, life expectancy 15 – 20 years.

Coving and rendering not only enhances the appearance of any working environment but is also ideal for plinths and bases drain linings and bunds.
As an epoxy resin flooring contractor with an enormous attention to detail, coving at 100 mm and 150 mm radius, spoon coves, fillets and rendering can be applied to give durability and enhanced chemical and abrasion resistance.

Low odour, solvent free epoxy offering good chemical and abrasion resistance in a high gloss finish provides high visibility demarcation for both internal and external locations to walkways, fire escape hatch boxes, racking system locations. Numbering, lettering and characters can also be installed to enhance the appearance of the workspace.

Resin Repairs
As award winning epoxy resin flooring contractors with over 30 years’ experience, we offer a range of resin floor repairs.
Substrate joints, racking and machinery location repairs, step and ramp repairs and joint repairs can all be carried out using products which are low odour and withstand continuous wear from fork lift truck and wheeled vehicles. They can also offer excellent chemical and impact resistance and durability. Flexible epoxy joint compounds accommodate normal movement and are both pourable and thixotropic.
