ACC Bulk Repair

This product is a resin rich granite reinforced, trowel applied polyurethane mortar. Ideal for concrete floor repairs, polymer modified screeds, sand and cement screeds. ACC Bulk can be installed at 10 – 60mm thickness depending upon the nature of floor repair.

Curing times to finished floor >10mm thickness:

• Light pedestrian traffic – 8 hours
• Over-coating window – 16 to 48 hours
• Full chemical cure – 7 days

ACC Maintain Resin Floor Repair

This product is a low odour polyurethane concrete which has been specifically designed to provide an easy to use floor repair compound with excellent physical properties.

Mainly for use on concrete floor repairs and polymer modified cementitious screeds. ACC Maintain Floor Repair is designed with the highest order of durability, impact and abrasion resistance.

ACC Maintain Floor Repair is installed at 5 – 10mm thickness

• Cure time to light pedestrian traffic – 6 hours
• Cure time to light wheeled traffic – 24 hours
• Cure time to heavy duty traffic – 48 hours
• Full chemical cure – 7 days

ACC Maintain Floor Joint Repair

This product is a low odour polyurethane concrete which has been specifically designed to repair floor joint arises in concrete floor slabs.

ACC Maintain Joint Repair is rubber modified and provides excellent physical properties in terms of impact resistance with the highest order of durability.

Joints repaired with ACC Maintain Joint Repair will withstand continuous wear from forklift trucks and wheeled vehicles.
