ACC Flooring was asked by a long standing client to refresh their factory floor. Due to the nature of their business the area had to be divided into manageable areas to be installed over numerous visits which would not intrude on their production programme.

The nominated area was mechanically prepared by vacuum enclosed diamond grinding to remove the existing coating to expose the concrete substrate. 2 coats of high build epoxy coating were then applied in Dark Grey, Charcoal and Safety Red to the designated areas.

This product is suitable for most industrial areas offering ease of application; aggregates can be incorporated between coats to provide a slip resistant profile. It also benefits from being easy to clean and maintain with a gloss finish offering good colour stability.

Demarcation in the form of both zebra crossings and line marking was also installed using a high visibility one coat epoxy line marking system. This product is suitable for application onto concrete and cementitious screeds and is ideal for defining walkways, isolated areas or spaces.
